By decree, not by statute
Argentina is building this programme by decree. That makes it fast — and in need of explanation.
What the headlines leave out

Ten points that come before the money

What follows are the questions, not the answers. Not out of secrecy, but because almost every one of them turns on your case: marital status, days of presence, assets and home country. A website cannot answer that — a conversation can.

01Does a procedure introduced by decree hold up?
02When do the implementing rules arrive — and what else will they change?
03Who may file applications, and how do you recognise a licensed agency?
04Do I also need residency or a DNI?
05Does this create an obligation to file a tax return in Argentina?
06Is there a presence requirement — before, during, afterwards?
07What applies to children over 25?
08Does an unmarried partnership count?
09What does this step mean for my existing citizenship?
10How is the origin of the funds evidenced?

On each of these points there is a current position and an assessment. Both belong in a conversation, not on a page that anyone can read. On top of that comes the part that cannot be said publicly anyway: which constellations get through in practice and which do not.

If this could be for you

Two ways, both free: a short call or a short message.

Bookable directly

Fifteen minutes, and you know where you stand

  • The ten points worked through against your constellation — family, presence, assets, home country
  • Which of them are the critical ones in your case and which you can ignore
  • How it compares with the alternatives, including outside Argentina
  • If it fits, an introduction to the licensed agency as soon as the procedure opens
