Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, a consumer being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hay Plata Group LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, 82801 Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, phone: +1 307 2093064, e-mail: site@hayplatapartners.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires early where we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.

Since 19 June 2026, section 356a of the German Civil Code requires that you also be able to declare your withdrawal electronically through a dedicated function. That function is available to you.
You reach it through the button "Vertrag widerrufen" (withdraw from a contract) in the footer of every page of this website. The button is permanently available throughout the withdrawal period. Clicking it opens a form in which you enter your name, details identifying the contract and an e-mail address; the button "Widerruf bestätigen" (confirm withdrawal) submits the declaration. You do not have to give a reason.
Immediately afterwards you receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail stating the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of receipt. Please keep that message — it is your record.
This function is in addition to the routes described above. You may still declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail or letter, or use the model form under B. All routes are equally effective.
