Here you can withdraw electronically from a contract concluded with us. This function is provided under § 356a of the German Civil Code. It does not replace any other route: you may still declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail or letter, and the model withdrawal form in the withdrawal policy remains available.
No reason is required. We will confirm receipt immediately by e-mail, stating date and time.
What happens next. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail straight away — that is your record. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used.
